Property in Stone and what it needs
Stone is an unusually mixed town electrically, and that matters when you are pricing work. The centre is a conservation area with Georgian frontages and Victorian terraces, much of it listed or in the curtilage of listed buildings. Installations there are often a patchwork: an original lighting circuit that was never earthed, a 1980s rewire that stopped at the ground floor, and a consumer unit added later that protects some of it and none of the rest.
Then there is the canal.
