Yes. As well as domestic properties we work in shops, offices, workshops and other commercial premises, including fixed wire testing, emergency lighting and three phase installations. We can work outside normal trading hours where that reduces disruption to your business.
Every installation is tested and certified to BS 7671, and notifiable work in dwellings is registered under Part P of the Building Regulations. You receive the certificate for your records, which you will need if you sell, remortgage or let the property.
Yes. No job is too small. Adding a socket, replacing a light switch, fitting an outside light or tracing an intermittent fault are all everyday work for us, and small jobs are certified with a Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate.
